BE

BUT IT IS

Imran Siddiqui has spent his life knowing he has a message for the world, and he believes it’s his responsibility as an artist to use his talent as a platform to let that message out. Undaunted by the feigned problems of a superficial society, Imran’s music illuminates the genuine scars of a flawed human race. Through his music, he reveals a profound connection with God and humanity in a way that is balanced with poignancy, abstract and beauty. The lyrics speak of our plights and the injustices we inflict upon each other, while the tone and musicality infuse hope and positivity. Like life, his sound is imperfect, but perfectly authentic.

Imran is also a lifelong writer, raised in Pakistan and educated in the Philippines. A journalism graduate, Imran is a natural servant of God, sharing what he learned from Him with those among us who are most in pain. He is multi-dimensional and he has spent years telling other people’s stories through his award- winning documentary productions and international TV and Radio broadcast stories. Applying his skills in media production throughout the world, he played a pivotal role in revamping and revolutionizing Pakistani TV and Radio system. He was sought by Voice of America as an International Reporter and Producer and later as the Managing Editor of VOA Urdu Online.

He also founded and manages Global Crossover Records, supporting the artistic pursuits of the world’s youth. A first step in that direction is The House The Old's debut single, Missing, which aims to raise a conversation about violence against women and children, not just in America but around the world. He says to make a Difference, you have to become a part of the conversation.

Imran’s music career began in early 90's, in Pakistan and then in the Philippines, and now as a natural transition after years of helping others achieve their dreams and tell their stories, he's back to tell The Story of God. For him, music is not only a therapeutic outlet for expressing that which touches him at the deepest level, but it also represents a medium with no boundaries or limitations. Unlike his broadcast and television work which require a crew and equipment, there is nothing to stop Imran from picking up his guitar and exercising his gift, anytime, anyplace.

His latest and most significant entrepreneurial endeavor is the birth of The House The Old. That is his name for the sound that represents to Imran the sole place on Earth where all is safe and sacred until The Day of the Standing. The First House of God, Al Bait Al Atiq or

The House The old, built by Abraham and located in Jerusalem. It mirrors what he hopes to inspire with his music; a celebration of the collective good, a One God - as He continues to remind us to ultimately prepare for what is about to come.
