In 2012 Huntington West Virginia's former prosecutor Chris Chiles and Detective Ryan Bentley deliberately presented false fabricated evidence and perjured testimony of Dreyfuse's repeatedly beating a man about the face and head with a bat causing multiple facial fractures a major skull fracture and exposed brain injury resulting in a Death by Murder from the NON EXISTING INJURIES!
Chiles came to Dreyfuse in 2013 offering an "Alford Kennedy" Plea Deal that allows a Defendant to maintain his innocence but acknowledges the State has enough evidence to convict.
Dreyfuse refused the deal and Chris Chiles put a witness on the stand who testified he watched Jesse beat a man's brains out of his head and cleaned up brain matter and skull fragments, Dreyfuse was convicted and sentenced to life without parole.
In 2019 a Federal Court unsealed the autopsy report clearly proving No One ever suffered any such injuries, There were No multiple facial fractures or major skull fractures or any type of exposed brain injury that resulted in any person's death!
Chris Chiles was absolutely correct when he said he had enough evidence to convict Jesse Dreyfuse, He never said it was false fabricated evidence!
Dreyfuse is only one of many wrongful convictions that Chris Chiles secured for the advancement of his career!
Edward Jesse Dreyfuse will be back in court tomorrow, Monday, January 9th @ 2:00 PM e.s.t. In the Hamlin, Lincoln County West Virginia Courthouse before the specially assigned Judge Jay M. Hoke in proceedings to vacate the conviction secured in Huntington's Cabell County Courthouse by Christopher Chiles deliberately presenting the false fabricated evidence.
Dreyfuse will be testifying on the stand what the plea deal offered and the details of the agreement as well as what and what not his court-appointed Defense Lawyer John Laishley advised and recommended.
Lincoln County Prosecutor Jackie Stevens was been appointed as the special prosecutor to the Dreyfuse case and has defended Chris Chiles and his presentment of the false fabricated evidence, It is appalling to hear Stevens's Defense of the criminalized misconducts Chiles committed in this case.
"Chris Chiles killed me in the courtroom with false fabricated evidence and perjured testimony after I told him to shove his plea deal up his ass", Dreyfuse said, Looks like he showed me, He deliberately presented the falsities knowing no one ever suffered or died from any such injuries. That Alford Kennedy plea never explained that Chris Chiles would present false fabricated evidence. I believed in the Justice system, and 10 years of imprisonment under this wrongful conviction opened my eyes to the corruption.
