Five Rules That Can Change Pakistan


Rule 1. Every government official or individual paid by the Government of Pakistan is paid just one lumpsum amount, called SALARY. There ought to be no other hidden compensation, perk, allowance, fuel, utilities, vehicles, waiters, house rent, medical, conveyance , qualification, hardship or any other allowance whatsoever, other than what is agreed as the monthly SALARY.


Rule 2. The maximum gap between the highest and the lowest salary paid to any official of any organisation / department be not more than 10 times. If the lowest paid employee receives Rs25,000, the Chief Executive cannot receive more than Rs250,000. If the salary of the Chief Executive is to be raised to Rs300,000, it should be possible only if the lowest paid employee’s salary is raised to Rs.30,000.



Rule 3. Just like Salary, the monthly PENSION ought to be one lumpsum amount. No other benefits, vehicles, waiters, guards, fuel, utilities, medical etc be provided in addition to what is agreed upon as the PENSION.


Rule 4. The maximum gap between the highest and the lowest PENSION paid to any official of any organisation / department be not more than 5 times.


Rule 5. The above four rules be implemented forthwith.
