Criminal Prosecutorial Misconduct is the New Moral of Cabell County in West Virginia.

It is by the will of God that I am able to speak to you from behind these prison walls.
My name is Jesse Dreyfuse and the wrongful murder conviction that has kept me imprisoned for more than ten years has been silenced, censored, and concealed by West Virginia's media. Until Now.
Throughout 2012/2013 Huntington West Virginia's former prosecutor Chris Chiles and City Detective Ryan Bentley deliberately presented false fabricated evidence and perjured testimony of my repeatedly beating a man about the face and head with a bat causing multiple facial fractures a major skull fracture and exposed brain injury resulting in a man's Death by Murder.
All the while, Chris Chiles and Detective Ryan Bentley had known that No One was ever beaten about the face and head with a bat and they also knew that No One had ever suffered or sustained and multiple facial fractures a major skull fracture or an exposed brain injury.
I was convicted of a murder I did not commit by the criminalized prosecutorial misconduct of Chris Chiles suborning fabricated evidence and perjured testimony, I was sentenced to a living Death Sentence, Never to leave this prison alive, Chris Chiles murdered me in the courtroom with false fabricated evidence and perjured testimony.
The scandal, corruption and criminalized misconducts that have consumed West Virginia's Cabell County Courthouse and Judicial system have rooted itself so deeply in West Virginia's media that not one is willing to tell this story.
In 2019 the Federal Court unsealed the autopsy report which proves No One ever suffered or sustained the injuries that Chris Chiles and Detective Ryan Bentley alleged.
In 2021 a West Virginia special prosecutor assigned to my case stated that the autopsy report clearly reflects there was No multiple facial fractures and arguably there was No major skull fracture or any type of exposed brain injuries that resulted in any person's death. The falsities presented were only an Honest Mistake.
I had the entire Cabell County Courthouse and Judicial system disqualified from my current proceedings to vacate this wrongful murder conviction, Every Cabell County Circuit Court Judge and the Cabell County prosecutor's office, and not a single story has been released by any of West Virginia's! Media sources.
My case was secretly moved out of Huntington West Virginia and placed in the Hamlin, Lincoln County Courthouse and assigned to Judge Jay M. Hoke by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
Why my story has been silenced by West Virginia's media is obvious. Media Silenced is Media Corrupted by those empowered in the Cabell County courthouse who have built their careers on the backs of wrongful convictions such as mine.
West Virginia's Journalist Lawrence Smith has actually stated my case's procedural history and having the entire Cabell County judicial system disqualified is not unprecedented and he never released the story because it isn't newsworthy.
If not for the grace and will of God, No One would have ever known of the scandal, corruption and criminalized misconducts committed to wrongfully convict me in West Virginia's Cabell County Courthouse. I have been Blessed by God in JusticeNews and Imran's bringing my story to the world and to you now.
