Can you be coerced to allege criminal sexual assault on your partner? And who then is the actual victim?

Like thousands of other young black men wrongfully incarcerated in the United States of America, there is another young and articulate man by the name of Omar Muhammad pulling a 26-year sentence in Minnesota for an alleged sexual assault that he maintains he did not commit. He says his girlfriend, C.M., who had a consensual relationship with him, was coerced by her co-workers, her parents, and the police, to set up a trap for him. According to Omar, this is what happens when a 20-year-old black man falls in love with a 40-year-old white woman, both madly in love.
After leaving Chicago, Omar moved to Minnesota looking for work and wanting to make something out of his life. He found a job in Hugo at a local grocery store and there he met C.M. Both fell in love and soon moved in together. Omar says, nobody liked that, and the stares were obvious.
People accused Omar of using an older woman by taking advantage of her but there is no record of C.M accusing Omar of abuse, let alone an assault. In fact, Omar says, there are letters and messages, confirming C.M’s love for Omar, and the entire courtroom witnessed that.
Omar also states, in one of his blog posts, that he writes with the title “Endurance”.
“It takes a stupendous reserve of endurance to endure being all of sudden taken from your job in cuffs in front of the entire workplace, placed in a jail cell, and sentenced to 26 years in prison for a crime you did not commit. I've endured the social isolation that comes with the crime for which I've been wrongfully convicted of. I've endured the waking up from dreams of me being free and having a splendid time to the agonizing realization that it was just a dream and I'm sitting in a prison cell doing a 26 year sentence for something I did not do.”
There is no record of what C.M. truly thinks of what really occurred other than a few reports alleging that C.M. was sexually assaulted. Omar answers a lot of the questions in this interview including why there was a big question of bruises. Why do the media reports differ from the court transcripts and what he thinks occurred?
If C.M. is reading this, then wouldn't you want to come clean and set the record straight?
Did this guy do to you what they say you said which you said to Omar that you did not say?
There is a guy in prison for what he says he did not do. He is there for another 26 years. C.M., if you’re listening, do you think Justice has been served?
