GOD IS GREAT. I give glory to the GOD for the hearing on Monday, January 9th, and the power of the truth spoken was remarkable.
11 January 2023 | Jesse Dreyfuse | Cabell County, West Virginia.
We will be back in Court by April where an expert witness will testify that no one ever suffered or sustained any multiple facial fractures a major skull fracture or any type of exposed brain injuries that resulted in any person's death by murder just as the State's Medical Examiner's autopsy report and voluminous medical records clearly prove.
Judge Hoke will then look at the entire picture, the false fabricated evidence and perjured testimony presented from the criminal indictment through the trial and wrongful conviction that was secured as well as the facts put before the Court by the actual autopsy report, medical records and testimony of the Medical Expert Witness and decide whether to Acquit, To Dismiss the Indictments as invalid and Vacate the wrongful conviction or to grant a new trial.
The delay is caused by Attorney Plants and his being unprepared. My frustration is eased by the GOD as it is His Will and by His Graces that the case nears resolve.
UPDATE - ATTORNEY MARK PLANTS TURNS TO WEST VIRGINIA JUDGE TARA SALANGO FOR EXPERT WITNESS IN DREYFUSE CASE
Another shocking piece of information worthy of West Virginia's attention as well as the world's on the Dreyfuse wrongful murder conviction proceedings.
My court-appointed 'Standby Counsel' Mark S. Plants, former Prosecuting Attorney of Charleston West Virginia has informed me that he has reached out to West Virginia Circuit Court Judge Tara Salango of Charleston for her recommendation of the expert witness qualified to present the testimony requested by special assigned Judge Jay M. Hoke regarding the false fabricated evidence of NON EXISTENT INJURIES presented by Cabell County prosecutor Chris Chiles that he claimed resulted in a man's death by murder.
Attorney Mark Plants said he has reached out to Judge Tara Salango and that he will have the medical expert in a week or so and that he trusts and has a working relationship with Judge Salango.
This is well worth paying attention to as now a Charleston West Virginia Judge has involved herself in the wrongful murder conviction of Edward Jesse Dreyfuse that was secured in Huntington West Virginia by prosecutorial misconducts and was moved to Lincoln County for resolve.
UPDATE - DREYFUSE REPORTS ON KANAWHA COUNTY JUDGES AND POTENTIAL CANDIDATES WHO SEEK SEAT AT THE BENCH
I spoke earlier this morning with Attorney Mark S. Plants, my Court appointed 'Standby' Counsel, and was informed by Mr. Plants that he is seriously considering running for election as a Circuit Court Judge in Charleston West Virginia's Kanawha County Circuit. Mark Plants said he is tired of the hassles that come with representing criminal defendants, It will be interesting to see how his candidacy plays out and if his past downfalls that led to his being removed as the Kanawha County Prosecutor due to a criminal domestic violence charge that may haunt him in the campaign for a Judge's seat.
Plants explained that he had a working relationship with Tara Salango who was his assistant before taking a seat as a Kanawha County Judge and that he had reached out to her husband Ben Salango for a recommended medical expert witness to testify in Dreyfuse's wrongful murder conviction proceedings that were moved to Lincoln County after the entire Cabell County judicial system was disqualified from the case due to the prosecutorial misconducts committed to secure the wrongful murder conviction.
Watch for updates as events unfold and who Judge Tara Salango sends to Attorney Mark Plants in this rapidly changing case.
My prayer is to the GOD for His mercy and the strength gifted to me and to give glory to the GOD for His blessings of His Word.
Peace,
THE GOD IS GREAT!
