They Are Afraid of Me Because I Know How To Beat Them And Expose Their Corruption In The Sweet Lullaby Country Home State of Wild Vile West Virginia.
4 December 2022 | Jesse Dreyfuse | Cabell County, West Virginia.
My name is Jesse Dreyfuse, I am the Prisons Legal Clerk at Northern Regional Correctional Facility in West Virginia. I work at the Law Library, 7 days a week assisting others in all matters criminal and civil.
I am a writ writer and I have prevailed in more than 50 Petitions for Writs of Mandamus, at least 20 Writs of Prohibition and I have written and filed more than 200 petitions for Habeas Corpus and also perfected more Appeals in the W.Va. Supreme Court than I can count.
I have prevailed in numerous State Circuit, Supreme, and Federal Court filings and set legal precedent in the West Virginia Supreme Court in a handwritten Appellate Brief in any person's being afforded the right to present complaints to a grand jury.
I have one pending Mandamus in the West Virginia Supreme court where an ORDER for show cause was issued against Judge Hoke seeking to compel a timely hearing and decision in the matured motions to rescind the invalid indictment and to vacate the conviction, You can listen to my argument here.
I learned law out of necessity and have never once in the last ten years enjoyed the luxury of a soda pop, cupcake, or any other such comforts.
Every dime I have ever had has been used for legal mail, legal copies, and litigation expenses. I have never made a purchase from the prison's commissary. It’s been a decade.
Finding real lawyers who are willing to fight for justice in West Virginia and who work as public defender panel attorneys is impossible. They are intimidated by the judges who make their appointments to represent indigent clients and have actually told me they will not raise issues involving prosecutorial or judicial misconduct because they will never be appointed to represent another client by a Judge whom they challenge.
My fight has been self-represented, relentless, and tiresome litigation with no assistance whatsoever, an impossible feat for most in the West Virginia prison system.
I believe God has made our acquaintance for a purpose, my story is one that shocks all who learn of the lengths that the police and prosecution exceeded to secure the wrongful conviction. I will be bringing you more original reporting from inside west Virginia on my new series CTA Call to Action with Jesse Dreyfuse on Justice News.
It is only by the grace of God that the story has made it to you as it has to others through the work of Debbie Curnutte and the N.P.A. group, I am blessed to have the support and help of Debbie and others in reaching out in hopes of getting the story told.
Thank You again for your interest. Ask any questions you may have.
I look forward to hearing from you and sharing all the facts about the West Virginia criminal justice system.
God Bless and Be Safe,
Respectfully,
Jesse Dreyfuse
