JUSTICE FOR TEMUJIN KENSU

The Wrongful Conviction of Temujin Kensu
Temujin Kensu (Fred Freeman) has been in prison for 35 years for a crime he did not commit. His case is among the most overwhelming cases of actual innocence anywhere in the U.S. or around the world. Temujin's case is called "Michigan Shame" by many due to the shameless hypocrisy of the AG, the Governor and the entire state of Michigan. It was recently covered in a long-form story on NBC News(link is external) as well as on the Undisclosed Podcast(link is external), the Prosecutors Podcast (Part I(link is external) and Part II(link is external)) and in excellent reporting in The Detroit News(link is external), the Metro Times (Part I(link is external) and Part II(link is external)), and Michigan Radio(link is external) (among many more).
